Yesterday, Mayra, my mexican roommate, cooked us a Mexican speciality. She told us that fajitas and tacos were actually only fast food for them. She made us discover the real stuff... Big up for being able to find all the necessary in Italia, the country where international food haven't made its way yet!
Around the table, there was a Vietnamese, an American, a Peruvian, a Kazakh, a Mexican and a Canadian.
Every week, someone is going to cook a specialty. This can only be amazing!
